701 Harbour Terrace Condominium was one of the original waterfront residential condos in Boca Raton, built in 1963 on a man-made canal. This building has only 27 units — 8 one-bedroom and 19 two-bedroom units. The Condominium boasts a keyhole-shaped swimming pool, 8 private docks and one common dock with 6 personal watercraft floating docks, and an additional floating kayak dock on our seawall.
In 2018 the building was updated with a new roof, structural and concrete restoration, and a total renovation of the pool to include an in-water sundeck. All renovations comply with Miami-Dade codes for wind and hurricane resistance.
In 2024 a new elevator was installed meeting all required state and local codes.
Currently, Harbour Terrace Condominium has five board members: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Director/Member. This board has a combined experience in excess of 50 years with the building.
